We are seeking individuals who are not afraid to get out there and work hard. At True Concept we take the approach that no client is too big or too small for us. We treat businesses of all sizes with the same amount of respect and professionalism. The opportunities provided within our company can be on different levels. For the right candidate we are offering full time salary plus commissions/bonuses. There is also the option for people with less experience or no current book of business to join us on a commission only bases.

    • Develop and execute an effective business plan targeting new business through research and prospecting.
    • Negotiate, develop and execute client contracts.
    • Work autonomously to build and develop a sales pipeline.
    • Effectively partner with clients and internal team through the implementation process of products and solutions.
    • Attend and participate in trade shows, conferences and seminars.
    • Promote product awareness, enhance sales skills and identify competitive products, potential customers and product enhancement. Provide relevant information to management.
    • Work in a collaborative manner within sales organization, completing own assignments accurately and within established time frames and achieving departmental goals and objectives.
